Child's play!

Workshop guide for running a Freechi Game session!

Freechi, child's play

Find a quiet, open space
Stand facing each other on an imaginary line
Feet connect in Yin-Yang
Big toes rooted to the ground, like roots anchoring us to the real world
If a single toe lifts, if any part of the body touches the ground

The game stops — taking care of each other

To begin, exchange a salute of peace
Then connect hands
Slowly and gently, try to "make the other fall"
All possible body movements are allowed

Fall or not fall, but above all — play!
It is the one who falls who learns the most
It is by stopping time at the edge of balance breaks that we explore best
